Essay On Road Trip – There are many tourist places located in different parts of India. People set out on road trips from time to time depending on the season, no matter which part of the country they live in, hence, there is always an option to plan a road trip. Most people prefer short road trips of some distance as they find them more comfortable. However, people prefer road trips for the whole day or even longer. During the journey, there are stops to see different places and explore the place. We will try to share our experience through 500 words essay on the road trip.
Introduction:
Taking road trips gives us a special kind of happiness. They provide us an opportunity to understand our family members and friends and get to know them closely. Plus, they provide a much-needed break from our daily routines. I have been on many road trips with my family and friends.
These road trips give us an opportunity to spend quality time with our loved ones which we miss in our regular days. I took many road trips with my family but the road trip to Udaipur was the most memorable for me.
Road trip to Udaipur:
We planned a family trip in the month of November when it is mildly cold. So, we planned a road trip to Udaipur. The weather was perfect to visit the beautiful city.
We left Delhi at around 4 am in the morning in our car and reached Udaipur at around 1 pm. During this entire road trip, we stopped at two places.
First, we stopped to drink tea and stretch, after 2 hours of travel, then in the afternoon, we stopped at a roadside restaurant known for its delicious parathas. We had parathas there and then rested for some time and started our further journey.
Places to visit in Udaipur:
When we reached Udaipur, the weather was very pleasant. We stayed in the hotel there, rested for some time, and then set out to see the beauty of Udaipur. On the first day, we saw Jagdish Temple and Amrai Ghat. I was mesmerized by their beauty. After this long tiring journey, we were served traditional Rajasthani thali for dinner, it was very tasty food.
The next day of the trip, we decided to explore the local market of Udaipur. Udaipur is very famous for its beautiful handicraft items. There is a lot to shop here. Plus, we wandered around the markets, ate delicious local food, and did a lot of shopping. We came back to the hotel in the evening and had dinner there as we were very tired.
Visit to the Lakes:
On the third day (which was the last day of the trip) we decided to visit Tajlake Place and Fateh Sagar Lake, which is a beautiful place that gives a beautiful picture of Rajasthani palace. Many cultural programs are organized here and Rajasthani art is displayed and delicious Rajasthani food is served.
We all family members roamed from one place to another, indulged in various activities, and enjoyed. The place is beautifully decorated and looks spectacular when lit up at night. After spending about five hours at this place, we headed back towards our hotel. This place gives you a beautiful feeling of being in the Rajasthan.
Conclusion:
This was one of the best and most beautiful road trips I have ever taken with my family. I and my family members had a lot of fun. Udaipur is a beautiful place, the food served there is as amazing as Udaipur itself. This road trip was made even more special by family members. We came back from there with many beautiful memories. I would love to visit this place again.
