A morning walk is very useful for us. We should walk every morning and there is an old saying that “sleeping early and getting up early” (ie. sleeping on time and getting up on time) makes a man healthy, wealthy, and intelligent.
I have a habit of getting up early in the morning and taking long morning walks for the last five years. It is light exercise and is best for physical fitness.
The morning air which is fresh and pure is beneficial for the body and lungs. It is said that the early rays of the rising sun are good for healthy skin. “Morning walk” and doctors advise their patients in the morning to get good health and freshness of energy.
There is a large park about 500 meters from my house. I come here every day with my neighbor’s friend. We jog in winter and walk easily in summer. On the way we meet other people, who we know so far, heading towards the park. We exchange greetings and move forward and it is very rare that we both friends miss our morning walk.

Generally, people do not go for it. They like to sleep in the morning. But they should develop a habit of walking in the morning. Dewdrops on the petals of leaves, grass, and flowers glow like small pearls in the morning. There is a fresh cool breeze to blow out the sweet smell of flowering plants. Chirping birds are seen in groups all around. It is almost the same scene daily and meets friends of old acquaintances, but the beginning of the morning is as enjoyable as ever.
We walk the circular path of the park. After three full rounds, we let ourselves weight fall on the grass and happily go round on the softness below. Some young children are seen playing with balls.
Only the old and children are seen sitting in a group. They all know each other well. They like to sit quietly and discuss politics, changing times, and matters of their younger generation. Obese people walk at a faster pace to reduce excess fat.

As we lay down to rest, we see the sun in the sky. The sight of the rising sun and the quick change of colors are captivating. A morning walk keeps me fresh and energetic throughout the day. A regular morning walk is essential to maintain a healthy body and mind.
