Hello everyone present here. My name is Rakesh and I am a student in class 5th.
Today, I am here to create awareness of global warming and to deliver a short speech. As we all know, the temperature of the earth is increasing day by day due to global warming. According to a study, the average temperature is rising by 1.5 degrees every year.
According to scientists, it has been observed for a long time that the temperature of the earth is increasing rapidly. It is affecting humans, wildlife, animals, and all living beings on Earth.
Day by day glaciers are melting and water scarcity, floods, and erosion are being seen in many countries and the reason for all these is global warming. No one else can be blamed for this except humans.
Because of human activities like transportation and deforestation, exhaust gases from power plants have resulted in an increase in gases like CFCs, carbon dioxide, and other pollutants in the earth’s atmosphere.
The main question today is how we can control this situation and build a better world for the generations to come.
We can start this ourselves. For example, use energy-efficient bulbs instead of high-watt lights, turn off electricity when not in use, don’t waste water, plant more trees, and end deforestation. We can shift from fossil fuels to wind and solar power.
It would be good if we all spread awareness about global warming. Pledge to take care of nature and take appropriate steps against global warming.

Hello everybody,
My name is Kamal Yadav and today I stand in front of you to share my views on the worrying issue of global warming.
Let us first understand what is global warming and how it affects all the living beings on the earth.
Basically, global warming is an increase in temperature in the Earth’s atmosphere due to human activities or inventions which produces greenhouse gases. These greenhouse gases include water vapor, methane, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, and CFC, etc.
The emission of these gases is due to human activities such as the burning of fossil fuels to generate electricity which is a major cause of carbon pollution and the coal industry which produces energy, contributes a lot in releasing such harmful gases.
So when their smoke and gas are released into the atmosphere, they absorb solar radiation which remains in the atmosphere for centuries and increase the global temperature which are called greenhouse gases.
Global warming effects are melting ice at the North and South Poles, rising ocean levels, polluting the air, and causing climate change such as hurricanes, heatwaves, wildfires, droughts, hurricanes, and floods.
These conditions are degrading the Earth and the danger will increase in the coming years, making it difficult to maintain a stable planetary balance for generations to come.
We along with the government should take appropriate steps to reduce the global warming effect. We have to note that all the causes of global warming are due to environmental pollution so proper steps have to be taken to control them which will inevitably affect curb global warming.
Pollution has to be controlled from everywhere, mainly air pollution, so we have to start using energy-efficient equipment and encourage fuel-efficient vehicles which can reduce the harmful emission of gases in the atmosphere to a great extent.
We can make our contribution by using less electricity for daily activities and introducing electric cars. Another way is to power our homes with renewable energy and reduce our electricity consumption and bills.
You can start doing this effectively today by spreading about the effect of global warming to your near and dear ones, thus we can help in preserving our planet.
